Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of abc-consulting-group.com (the "Website") operated by ABC Consulting Group Ltd. (UIC 205149808, registered at ul. Tsarkovna nezavisimost No. 18, 7000 Ruse, Bulgaria — "ABC Consulting Group", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website is an informational and administrative platform that:

  • presents the activities, services and team of ABC Consulting Group;
  • allows visitors to send inquiries through a contact form;
  • provides registered users with access to an administrative dashboard for managing content and platform settings.

The Website is not an e-commerce platform, and no goods or services are sold directly through it. Engagements with ABC Consulting Group are concluded under separate written agreements.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Website only if:

  • you are at least 14 years old (the age of digital consent under Bulgarian law); and
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.

If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. User accounts

3.1 Registration

Anyone may create an account by registering with an email address and password. Registration alone does not grant administrative access. Each new account is reviewed by an administrator, who may approve or deny dashboard access at their discretion.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information during registration and keeping it up to date;
  • safeguarding your password and not sharing your account with others;
  • all activity that takes place under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately by phone (+359 893 768 898) or via the contact form.

3.3 Suspension and termination of accounts

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

  • you breach these Terms or any applicable law;
  • your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months;
  • we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used to harm us, our users, or third parties.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us. After closure, account data will be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

  • send inquiries containing illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory or misleading content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, including the administrative dashboard or our hosting infrastructure;
  • introduce viruses, worms, trojans or any other malicious code;
  • scrape, crawl, mass-download or otherwise extract data from the Website by automated means without our written consent;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
  • interfere with the operation of the Website or its underlying services (Firebase, Google Cloud);
  • use the Website in any way that could expose us to liability or damage our reputation.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including reporting to the competent authorities.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Our content

All content on the Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, the "ABC Consulting Group" brand, and the layout and design of the Website — is owned by ABC Consulting Group or licensed to us, and is protected by Bulgarian and international copyright and trademark law.

You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent, except as permitted under applicable law (e.g. fair use, quotation rights).

5.2 Your content

If you submit any content to us — for example a message through the contact form or files you upload as a registered user — you confirm that:

  • you own the content or have the rights to share it with us; and
  • you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted (e.g. to respond to your inquiry, or to display content you have uploaded as part of your administrative role).

You retain ownership of your content.

6. Third-party services

The Website relies on third-party providers, in particular Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase App Hosting, Google Analytics). Your use of the Website is therefore also subject to the applicable terms of those providers, to the extent they apply to end users.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain a stable and secure platform.

7. Availability and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Website may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or causes beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss that may result from such changes.

8. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian law.

The information published on the Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, educational or professional advice. Any decision based on information from the Website is taken at your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABC Consulting Group is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
  • loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities;
  • damages arising from third-party actions or services on which the Website depends;
  • damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Bulgarian law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or liability arising from harm to life, body or health.

In any event, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability — except where the law requires otherwise.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABC Consulting Group, its representatives and staff from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Personal data

Our processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Where the changes are material, we will notify users with active accounts in advance, where reasonably possible.

If you continue to use the Website after the updated Terms come into force, you are deemed to have accepted them. If you do not accept the changes, please stop using the Website and request closure of your account.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website will be settled by the competent Bulgarian courts at our registered seat, unless mandatory consumer protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
